Kindly note that the application for CCC will receive an update shortly.In the new structure each forwarder will be dealing with only one agent. That agent can appove ECTN for transports from all over the world to the Republic of Congo. This agent will be the agent located in the forwarder's country.All other userIDs the forwarders may dispose of will be redundant in the new version. However, each forwarder will be able to consult previously created ECTN, no matter on which account they were approved.During the switch of the application, the application will remain available for it’s users as the switch will be performed in several phases.The agents will contact all forwarders. |
