• Acting on the quality of all maritime services

• Contributing to the free exchange between Congo and other countries by the abolition of various barriers

• Taking part effectively in the reduction of the transportation costs

• The installation of a warehouse of about 600m² in the port of Pointe-Noire

• The creation of COMAP (La Congolaise de Manutention et d'Acconage) in order to stimulate the chain of transport

• The installation of quayside to the Port of pointe-Noire

• The acquisition of quayside in Dolisie with a view to install a dry port and a road station

• The realization of an integrated sort (CIM) in Nkayi

• The installation of the training center TRAINMAR, infrastructures and equipment in order to support the activities of the shippers (warehouses, freight station, dry ports...)

• The installation of a commercial pole (TRADE-POINT)
