2. Tasks

• Reducing the transport costs for import as well as for export
• Organizing training, giving information and advices for the benefit of the shippers
• Participating in the research for new markets in order to promote the Congolese "know-how"
• Surveying and monitoring the Congolese multimodal traffic
• Facilitating and simplifying procedures and administrative customs formalities
• Studying and analyzing investments in infrastructure and equipment to support the operations of the shippers
• Giving assistance in evaluating the needs and advising for the best solution
• Keeping up statistics on the various types of transport
• Following up the evolution of the tariffs and other costs
